☀ CF19 Preorders

Before you make your purchase, please note:

1. All items are currently only open for pre-orders, meaning that time will be needed for the production process.
2. Orders will be shipped after Comifuro19 has concluded, or around the latter half of November.
3. Should any items became out of stock, on-going purchases will be refunded and buyers will be notified.

 

☀ Shipping

1. Packages will be sent via International Regular Mail by Indonesia Post Service. Alternatively, packages will be sent via Kurasi should there be any problem with Indonesia's Post Office.
2. Tracking numbers will be emailed after items have been shipped. Please refer to previous point for package tracking websites. Make sure to track your package often!
3. Estimated shipping time is 1-4 weeks.
4. All customers are responsible for any VAT, fees, and/or taxes once their package enters their country.
5. Rebound packages will be notified to the customers. Should customers fail to respond, orders will be refunded (without shipping fees).
